per an earlier post - thanks for the name, i couldnt remember it.

Scully did a nice job, and whatever Palin ad-libbed, if anything, was quite effective too.

not many politicians write their own - paid professionals do much better. no issue with that. her delivery did your state proud Johnny

" her delivery did your state proud Johnny "

That's funny considering that the vast majority of Republicans - which is the vast majority of this State - consider Palin to be a Liberal.

yeah extremely high. Took a dip with the recent brother in law scandel due to her lack of transparency she promised. I wont tell you why she's also popular, the less people know about Alaska the better. Nice to keep the traffic down. : )

in the end,

Being a VP amounts to a pile of nothing. Liberal Republicrap McCain got her on the ticket to appease the conservatives.
Question is, what's her view on the illegal invasion, on anchor babies. Oh well, at least she may be a VP that does not shot her friend while hunting...
Am I the only one, while listening to her great speech thought- she sure sounds like a female opie

if she's a liberal like JFK was, that's a good thing.
Did she really shake/reform the "old boy's network" in Alaska?
Where does she stand on legalising pot?

Does Bullwinkle REALLY support her?

" Did she really shake/reform the "old boy's network" in Alaska?"

sort of. Murkowski was so smug that anybody would have beat him from either party. First he cut off funds to elderly Alaskans ( entitlement? sure, but one they were promised and not a significant amount of money considering when they died no more money ) and most of all the private jet he insisted on buying with State's money over the objection of EVERYONE. So not much of a stretch to come out against him.

BUT she has come out against Ted Stevens and Don Young which COULD be considered going against the good ole boy network but also look at how the FBI was sending the AK STate legislature to prison left and right ( and isn't done with Ted and Don either ).

So did she shake it up or make the politically smart choice to distance herself? I can't say for sure.
